Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients

  • 3 medium apples, cored and diced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, halved grapes, sliced celery, and toasted walnuts.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and gently toss with a spatula or large spoon until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or honey if desired.
  • Cover the salad tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled in individual bowls or on a platter, garnished with additional toasted walnuts if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
