Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 medium ripe banana peeled and broken into chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 or 6 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen peaches, banana chunks, almond milk, dairy-free yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the jar of a high-speed blender.
  • Place the lid securely on the blender and blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary, until the mixture is mostly smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes to the blender and secure the lid again.
  • Blend on high for another 30-60 seconds, or until the smoothie is completely smooth, thick, and creamy with no visible chunks of ice or fruit.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired, blending for a few more seconds to incorporate.
  • Pour the finished smoothie immediately into a glass and enjoy.
