Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy hazelnut chocolate spread at room temperature
  • 1 package cream cheese softened (8-ounce)
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff (7-ounce)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the hazelnut chocolate spread and softened cream cheese. Using an electric hand mixer on medium speed, beat the mixture together until it is completely smooth and no lumps of cream cheese remain.
  • Add the entire jar of marshmallow fluff and the vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture. Continue beating on medium speed until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is uniform and fluffy.
  • In a separate, clean, chilled bowl, pour in the cold heavy whipping cream. Using the electric mixer with clean beaters, whip the cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. You will know it's ready when you lift the beaters and the cream forms firm, distinct peaks that hold their shape.
  • Use a flexible rubber spatula to gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate-marshmallow base. Fold carefully and slowly until the mixture is an even, light brown color with no visible white streaks of whipped cream.
  • Gently fold in the finely chopped strawberries and mini chocolate chips with the spatula, distributing them evenly throughout the fluff.
  • Transfer the finished fluff to a serving bowl. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. This allows the flavors to blend and the texture to firm up slightly for easier scooping.
