- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
