Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar

Filling

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14-ounce
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two opposite sides for easy removal.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until the mixture is well combined and resembles wet sand.
  • Firmly press the graham cracker mixture into an even layer at the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
  • Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips and salt over the graham cracker crust, then pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top, spreading it gently with a spatula to cover the chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the center appears set.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and immediately top with the mini marshmallows. Return the pan to the oven for 2-3 more minutes, just until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly toasted.
  • Let the bars cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate layer has fully firmed up, before slicing into squares.

Notes

Let the bars cool completely before slicing for clean cuts. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
