Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves packed
  • 1 medium green apple cored and chopped
  • 1/2 large cucumber chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger peeled

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all produce by washing the spinach, mint, apple, cucumber, and celery thoroughly under cold running water.
  • Core the apple and chop it into 1-inch pieces, then chop the cucumber and celery into similar sized chunks for even juicing.
  • Add 1 1/2 cups cold water to your blender jar first, followed by the spinach, mint leaves, chopped apple, cucumber, celery, peeled ginger, and lemon juice.
  • Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth with no visible chunks remaining, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Place a fine-mesh strainer or nut milk bag over a large bowl and pour the blended mixture through to separate the pulp from the juice.
  • Press down on the pulp with the back of a spoon to extract all the liquid, leaving only dry pulp in the strainer.
  • Pour the strained green juice into glasses filled with ice and serve immediately for the freshest flavor.

Notes

For a smoother juice, use a nut milk bag for straining. Chill ingredients beforehand for an extra refreshing drink.
