Ingredients
  

Fruit Salad

  • 1.5 cups seedless green grapes
  • 1 large green apple cored and diced
  • 1 cup honeydew melon balls
  • 1 medium kiwi peeled and sliced

Dressing

  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the fresh fruit thoroughly and pat it dry with clean kitchen towels.
  • Place the seedless green grapes, diced green apple, honeydew melon balls, and sliced kiwi into a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice and honey until the honey is fully dissolved into a smooth, thin syrup.
  • Pour the lime-honey syrup over the fruit in the large bowl. Add the chopped fresh mint leaves to the bowl.
  • Gently toss all the ingredients together using a large spoon or rubber spatula until the fruit is evenly coated with the syrup and mint is distributed.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the fruit to chill slightly before serving.
