Fruit Salad
- 1.5 cups seedless green grapes
- 1 large green apple cored and diced
- 1 cup honeydew melon balls
- 1 medium kiwi peeled and sliced
Dressing
- 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
Wash all the fresh fruit thoroughly and pat it dry with clean kitchen towels.
Place the seedless green grapes, diced green apple, honeydew melon balls, and sliced kiwi into a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice and honey until the honey is fully dissolved into a smooth, thin syrup.
Pour the lime-honey syrup over the fruit in the large bowl.
Add the chopped fresh mint leaves to the bowl.
Gently toss all the ingredients together using a large spoon or rubber spatula until the fruit is evenly coated with the syrup and mint is distributed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the fruit to chill slightly before serving.
