Ingredients
  

Dips & Spreads

  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Cheese & Proteins

  • 8 ounces feta cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled and peeled

Produce & Bread

  • 1 cup mixed olives
  • 1 English cucumber sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers drained and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • 4 pita bread rounds cut into wedges

Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the hummus and tzatziki in small bowls and place them on a large wooden board or serving platter.
  • In a medium bowl, toss the feta cheese cubes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the dried oregano until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the coated feta, olives, hard-boiled eggs, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, pita wedges, and roasted red peppers aesthetically around the bowls on the board.
  • Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the vegetables and season everything with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  • Garnish the board with fresh mint leaves and lemon wedges for squeezing over the ingredients before serving.
