Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp parsley fresh or dried
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Sauté minced garlic in 1 tbsp of the olive oil over low heat for 1–2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  • In a small bowl, mix remaining olive oil with oregano, basil, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add sautéed garlic and its infused oil to the herb mixture and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Add parmesan if desired and mix well.
  • Pour into a shallow serving dish and garnish with extra herbs or cheese.
  • Serve with crusty bread or breadsticks and enjoy!

Notes

Customize with your favorite herbs or add chili oil for extra heat. Use fresh, high-quality olive oil for best results. Toast bread for added texture.
