Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • cooked rice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, then add ground turkey and cook for 5-6 minutes while breaking it apart with a wooden spoon until no pink remains.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  • Whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until fully combined, then pour the sauce over the turkey mixture.
  • Add diced bell pepper and broccoli florets to the skillet, stirring to coat everything in the sauce, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp and sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Remove skillet from heat and stir in sliced green onions, then serve immediately over cooked rice while hot.
