  • 1 cup warm water not boiling
  • Optional: 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger

Instructions
 

  • Warm the water until sip-safe (not hot or boiling).
  • Add lemon juice and cayenne pepper to a mug.
  • If using, stir in apple cider vinegar, pink salt, or ginger.
  • Stir well until blended.
  • Drink on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning.
