Main Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough 16-ounce
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8-inch round baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and garlic powder to create the garlic butter sauce.
Separate the biscuit dough into 8 individual biscuits, then cut each biscuit into 4 equal quarters using kitchen shears or a sharp knife.
Dip each biscuit piece into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring all sides are coated, then place the coated pieces evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the top of the biscuits in the pan, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown, the cheese is fully melted and bubbly, and the internal dough is cooked through.
