On a clean cutting board, thinly slice the small cucumber into rounds, yielding about 1 cup. Halve the cherry tomatoes, which should total approximately 1 cup. If using a block of cheddar cheese, carefully cut 4 ounces into 1/2-inch cubes. Finely chop 2 tablespoons of fresh chives for garnish.
In a small bowl, combine the 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning. Stir thoroughly with a spoon or spatula until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
Select a large serving platter or charcuterie board, ideally at least 18x12 inches, for assembly. Place the container of French onion dip, the jar of salsa, and the container of guacamole directly onto the board. Transfer the prepared everything bagel cream cheese dip into a small serving bowl and position it on the board as well.
