- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels, then arrange them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle the chicken with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season both sides evenly with the kosher salt and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and minced garlic to form a paste. Spread this garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- In a separate medium bowl, stir together the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning until well combined. Spoon this cheesy mixture over the chicken, spreading it to cover the top of each breast completely.
