Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large banana sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup fresh spinach loosely packed
  • 0.5 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt and 1 cup unsweetened almond milk into the base of your blender.
  • Add 1 cup fresh spinach, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, and 1 large frozen sliced banana to the blender.
  • Measure and add 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
  • Carefully add 1 cup of ice cubes to the top of the other ingredients to help push everything down.
  • Secure the lid on the blender tightly and blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds, using the tamper if your blender has one to press ingredients toward the blades, until the mixture is completely smooth with no visible spinach flecks.
  • Pour the smoothie into two tall glasses and serve immediately for the best texture and coldest temperature.
