Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium banana sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 sliced frozen banana, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a blender pitcher.
  • Secure the blender lid tightly and blend on medium speed for 30 seconds until ingredients begin to combine.
  • Increase blender speed to high and blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy with no visible fruit chunks.
  • Check consistency by stopping the blender and lifting the lid - the smoothie should pour easily from a spoon but still hold its shape briefly.
  • Pour immediately into two 12-ounce glasses and serve cold with a straw.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for the best thick and creamy texture. Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients without affecting the flavor.
