Ingredients

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the flax seeds, chia seeds, fennel seeds, and water.
Add the cinnamon stick to the saucepan.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
Reduce the heat to low and let the tea simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the tea steep for an additional 5 minutes.
Strain the tea through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher or large bowl to remove the seeds and cinnamon stick.
Serve the tea warm or let it cool to room temperature before transferring to a glass jar for storage.
