Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Dip

  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream cold
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon zest finely grated

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and halved or quartered
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened full-fat cream cheese, powdered sugar, cold heavy cream, pure vanilla extract, and finely grated lemon zest.
  • Using an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat the ingredients until they are light, fluffy, and completely smooth, with no lumps of cream cheese remaining. This process should take approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the prepared cheesecake dip into a small serving bowl or ramekin and carefully place it near the center of a large serving board or platter, ensuring it is stable.
  • Pour the fine graham cracker crumbs into a separate small bowl and position it on the board, making sure it is easily accessible for scooping.
  • Artfully add the fresh fruit. Arrange the hulled and prepared fresh strawberries and whole fresh blueberries in separate small piles or lines around the cheesecake dip, creating visual appeal and easy access.
  • Complete the board with additional toppings. Spoon the raspberry preserves into another small bowl and place it on the board. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips directly onto the board in a small cluster next to the fruit or preserves.
  • Just before serving, generously drizzle the honey or pure maple syrup over the cheesecake dip and some of the fresh fruit for an extra touch of sweetness and shine.
  • Serve immediately with small spoons or spreading knives for the cheesecake dip, allowing guests to customize their own mini cheesecake bites by combining the dip with crumbs and toppings.
